Il suffit d'installer et/ou de reconfigurer grub :
sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude safe-upgrade
sudo aptitude install grub
Normalement grub (menu au démarrage permettant de lancer windows ou linux) a dû détecter tout seul ton windows (fais un reboot pour voir). Si ce n'est pas le cas voici comment le corriger. Ensuite repère sur quelle partition est installée windows. Exemple :

Dans cet exemple la partition windows est /dev/hda1. Une fois que tu l'as repéré, corrige /boot/grub/menu.lst en root ou avec un sudo, et ce à l'aide d'un éditeur texte (par exemple nano) :
sudo nano /boot/grub/menu.lst
Ensuite rajoute une section pour windows. Si l'on se réfère à l'exemple que je t'ai donné, windows est sur le premier disque (/dev/hda) => hd0 et sur la première partition (/dev/hda1) => 0 soit le couple (hd0,0). S'il avait été par exemple sur /dev/hdb3 ça aurait été (1,2). Voici mon fichier de configuration je te laisse l'adapter :

Note : si tes disques s'appelle /dev/sd... le raisonnement est identique. Les notations grub sont toujours de la forme (hdx,y).

je peu choisir xp o démarage mais qd je le choisi sa ne fait rien...
ubuntu reconnait windows comme un systeme ntfs situé dans /dev/sda5 lui meme dans extended qui est /dev/sda3
Je ne sait pas si je me fait comprendre mais je ne suis pa o top en informatique...
