J'ai un pb avec mon imprimante depuis ce matin: en effet un message d'erreur s'affiche sans avoir allumé l'imprimante, activer la multiprise la fait démarrer immédiatement: DATA ERROR PRESS SET KEY.
Après avoir regardé un peu partout je n'ai pas trouvé de solutions, elle fait même des trucs bizares, le bouton scan renvoie a une fonction fax alors que ce modèle n'a pas de prise pour relier une ligne téléphonique (???), le bouton pour faire une copie couleur renvoie à une fonction impression de photo que je n'ai jms vu non plus (il y a la fonction photocpocie ou impression via l'ordinateur, et une fonction pour scanner).
J'ai essayé d'imprimer une page quelconque et de toute façon l'ordinateur dit que l'imprimante est hors ligne.
Je pense à une sorte de bug ou un blocagemais impossible de refaire une mise à 0 ou qqchse de la sorte...
A noter que tout s'affiche en angllais alors que j'avais bien sûr hoisi le français.

Solution 1: I had the same Problem and Solved in in this Way:
- first replace the Cmos Battery
- It's on the Left Side of the Printer.
- Or you let the Printer always pluged in to the wall socket.
- plug in the power Cable while Pressing the Copy Button
- The Display Shows as usual, but the PC doesn't recognise the Printer.
- Now you have to go to Service Mode.
Press the following Buttons in this sequence:
"Settings - Scan - Copy - Scan"
- Now Display Shows #1 SSSW
- Press Menu till Display Shows #5 TYPE
- Press o.k.
- Select Machine Type FW1 (FW2=MP370)
- Select Language German
- Leave the Service menu pressing the reset Button.
Now Your Printer should work properly like before.
If you have replaced the Cmos Battery, you can unplug the Power Cable whithout leaving your correct Settings.
Otherwise you have to do the Steps above again when unplugging or power grid Fails.
