wamp est un serveur apache que tu installe en local il fonctionne sur le port 80 ou port http
je pense pas que ça soit un problème de parer feu mais comment fais-tu pour accéder à la base?

Probleme régler j'ai remis à jour mon wnidows vista par une une image de sauvegarde Acronis,
je pense que le probléem venait d'avoir installe joomla, il y a un mois, et qu'au moment de l'installation Wamps, il n'accepte pas la bonne configuration.

J'ai autorise le par-feux kasperky pour que Apache puisse faire son boulot.
