Mon ordinateur portable contient un irus qui me bloque l'acces a internet.
Que dois-je faire ?

Bonsoir,

j'ai AVAST.
Je ne peux plus me acceder aux pages yahoo etc..
J'ai essaye de mettre AVG pour me debarasser de ce virus mais il ne se met pas sur l'ordinateur.

- telecharge HijackThis sur ton bureau:
http://www.01net.com/...
- Fais: Do a system scan and save a logfile
- le bloc notes vas s'ouvrir, copie-colle le rapport

OK avant commencer coche cette ligne:

et clique sur Fix checked

Telecharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware :
http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055379 malwarebytes anti malware
il vas se mettre a jour automatiqument
clique sur " parametres " puis coche " arréter Internet Explorer pendant la suppression "
clique sur " Exécuter un examain complet " puis rechercher
aprés clique sur Quarantaine et tous supprimer
enfin vas sur Rapports/Logs et copie colle-le sur ta prochaine reponse

- redemare en mode sans échéc:
pour demarer en mode sans échec tape F8 puis demmarer en mode sans échec
Note: au mode sans échec il ya pas de connexion internet
- esseye un autre scan et colle moi ton rapport d'analyse

Hi !!
desolé pour hier j'ai du m'absenter
et maintenant:
telecharge CCleaner (sans la barre yahoo):
http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 168 ccleaner

- Commence par le nettoyeur; Clique sur analyse , attend j'usque a la fin et puis commence le nettoyage
- Aprés vas sur registre -- chercher des eurreurs-- patiente un peu puis clique sur réparer les erreurs sélectionnées

Je viens de proceder a la correction d'erreur mais je n'arrive pas a t'envoyer un rapport. Est-ce normail?? ya t'il un rapport a editer ?

Hello!

Il semble etre ok. Il fonctionne normalement. Je pensais mettre AGV Antivirusque je connais. Qu'en penses-tu?
En tout cas ungrand merci pour ton aide.

as tu visité le comparatif que j'ai donné?
personnelement je préfaire antivir
maintenant tu doit marquer le fil comme resolu:

esseye antivir et fait ta mise a jour , puis fait un scan complet et colle moi ton rapport
